Appointment & Cancellation Policies

- Deposit Required: $200 deposit is required to secure all appointments (non-refundable if canceled with less than 24-hour notice).

- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting deposit.

- Late Arrivals: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After that, a late fee of $20 may apply, or appointment may be canceled.
